玩游戏 (2022)

我承认我还挺爱玩游戏的，而且容易上瘾。

最近几次玩游戏都氪金了一下，例如Decor 和Epic Heroes (Save the Animal)

玩游戏太容易上瘾了，最近玩Epic Heroes不单止氪金，还因为玩得时间长，弄得脖子、手腕都落下毛病，不应该呀！

其实玩这个Epic Heroes我还挺认真的，还做笔记，走迷宫还画了一下地图。

薅羊毛薅到宝，Top Gun 2 Marwick好好看 (2022)

9月3日是National Cinema Day, 据说全国电影票3刀一张，赶紧薅了两张羊毛。

原本想看Top Gun 2 iMax, 可惜两人一起的只剩下前面几排了，只好买了regular. 入场后买了杯ice tea， 6刀＋，比我两张电影票还贵😓😓

Top Gun 2 太燃了，感觉比1还好看，看得我紧张S了。明明都知道是套路了，还被生生套路了。因为太好看了，剧终的时候竟然全场掌声雷动，吓我一跳，现在看电影还要鼓掌的？😂😂

沙滩打球那段，我口水都流下来了，这么多鲜肉横飞，真的好吗？BGM也好好听，看傻了。

其实年轻的时候很喜欢汤哥的，颜值就是正义啊。后来他加入邪教就无感了，感觉不爱的关键是汤哥变老汤了。。。不过老汤真是没得说，60几的人，身材保持得这么好，还那么拼，我难道又重新路转粉？[色][色]

看完电影，去吃了个意餐，难吃！

一开始，点的这个cocktail 香味挺特别的，可是喝着喝着就觉得满口都是香精的味道。不过最后杯底是几个小果，一咬就破，满口都是果汁，还是挺好玩的。

这个Garden Salad太酸了，辣椒又太辣：

我点的这个海鲜意面真是奇葩，从来没吃过这么齁咸的musel，连人形垃圾桶70同学都连连摇头说难吃:

70同学点的这个也好不到哪里去，那鱼一点味道都没有。而整盘都是油，真是高钠高油，怎么不健康怎么来呀！！😱😱

周日晚上我们又重温了一下Top Gun 1，看来1真的没有2好看哦，太老套了。不过阿汤哥真是帅S了，慢慢的骨胶原呀，我和70同学都惊叹阿汤哥的美貌！

幸亏拉着70同学去看了Top Gun 2！

关于Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard Civil Lawsuit 的观影感受 (2022)

关注Johnny Depp 和Amber Heard的诽谤官司有两周的时间了，而这场经历了1个多月的诉讼也终于迎来大结局。。。

鉴于平日的我也不算太关注娱乐圈的8卦，那为什么我会这么关注这次的民事诉讼呢？

也许是很好奇男人是如何成为家庭暴力的受害者的，毕竟这和我们的认知非常不同，看了些文章，还是有点被JD打动的。

还有这次诉讼是现场直播，全世界人民都在吃瓜，网上有太多的视频，很难让你忽略。

最吸引我的还是看律师如何为自己的client fight，简直是斗智斗勇，比电视剧还好看。

偶然的机会，发现一个YouTube博主“好机车”，说一口地道的英文和台湾话，视频主要是英文的，有繁体中文字幕，把我听不懂的英文都清楚地解释了，而且时长把握地非常好，十多分钟，还非常勤快，日更！非常方便我追剧！

其实心里还是会心痛JD两秒，身为吃瓜群众，和全世界一起吃瓜，看着JD把自己以及和AH的所有不堪的事无巨细地展露给全世界，想想都觉得伤感。

本来希望周五(May 27）Jury能达成 Unanimous Verdict，可是愿望落空。而且由于周一是Memorial Day，Jury周二才能重新开始deliberation，运气好的话，周二就有结果，运气不好的话，最迟周四才会出结果。

周二等了一天没有结果，周三中午的时候忽然看见中学校友群有人说周三下午三点EST会出结果，这才发现原来吃瓜的不止我一个，身边还有不少人也在关注。

周三下午终于迎来了大家翘首以盼的Unanimous Verdict，大家一起激动起来。

看了好机车的视频，就知道JD要告赢实在太难了，他的lawsuit一共有3个statements，每个statement都有几个condition，每个condition都得回答Yes，他才能算赢。反之AH的counter lawsuite也一样。

下面这两个视频是好机车关于这场诉讼的取胜条件：

因为条件必须全部符合，所以其实我心里对JD能否赢是十分悲观的。

网上还有说：很大几率就是JD和AH都赢，那就太惨了，JD赢了拿50M，AH赢了可是拿100M，那真是太便宜她了！！

也是关注了这场诉讼我才知道，在美国的司法里，

在刑事诉讼里，Jury只负责判断guilty or not，法官负责量刑。
而在民事诉讼里，Jury不单止负责判断yes or no，还负责裁决damage award。

在宣布verdict的时候，大家听了这么多yes no，估计都很懵逼。幸好我都翻出了文字版，是NBC的“Johnny Depp-Amber Heard Trial: What Did Jurors Consider for a Verdict?”，截图如下：

所以就是说JD的3个statements都胜诉了，AH的3个statements只赢了一个，最后Jury判给JD15M，给AH2M。不过根据州最高的Punitive Award是35K，所以最后判给JD的是10.35M，而不是15M。

好了，追了这么久的剧终于迎来大结局，还是大团圆结局，正义得到彰显，太开心了。

不过追了这么久的剧，还是需要好好写篇观影感受的，有好几个点想说：

AH就是家暴者，这么蛇蝎心肠的人不能赢
希望AH的例子不要给被家暴的女生制作更多麻烦。Abusers就是abuser, 无论男女。
JD本身也有很多问题呀，嗑药，酗酒。。。他发起酒疯也很可怕呀，女生也会害怕的，不过更像是精神上的施暴。
大家选边无可非议，但是硬是把JD和女神律师搞CP就太一厢情愿了吧。还有骂AH的律师的，人家也是做自己的工作而已，人身攻击就不好了。
真的不能以貌取人呀，天使的面孔，蛇蝎的心肠。；海盗的外表，温柔的内心。。。
JD待朋友真是没得说的，简直是别人家的朋友。。。（看看他是怎么帮助Isaac Baruch，还有bodyguard 的证词－$5000? he gave more than that...)
AH真的很美呀，演技真烂呀，太用力了。

当初看见AH 2016的视频，觉得她就是无辜的小白兔，如果不是早就知道她的歹毒，肯定就会被带偏的。

最后说些花絮：

我最喜欢的证人是TMZ狗仔队证人Morgan Tremaine。看他怼AH的律师Elaine太爽了——(你说我是为了曝光才来作证的？)那我也可以这样说你呀，你就是为了曝光才做AH的律师的吧！🤣🤣🤣
据说如果AH不提Kate Moss的话，JD这边是不能让她出庭的（别问我为什么呀）。所以当时一听到Kate Moss的名字，JD这边的律师团都开心坏了，Ben还做了个yes的手势🤣🤣

这几年被选中做陪审团两次，每次都被我以语言不行拒绝了。工作生活上英文没有问题，但是面对法律上的就不行了。如果连理解都有问题，怎么能对被告原告做出公平、正确的裁决呢？！为了公平，还是拒绝好些。

吃完瓜了，没有失落，为JD开心。希望AH不要再冒充受害者了，收手吧！

俄罗斯三套娃 (2022)

对于Valieva被查出禁药这件事，我真的很愤怒，不是对她本人，是对她身边的成年人的愤怒。她只是个一个未成年人！

对于她能继续比赛这件事，我很矛盾－－让她比，那让其他清白的运动员情何以堪？不让她比，她也是受害人呀。。。

70同学老是觉得Simone也有服用违禁药，一样让参赛，因为那是用于治疗的药。我倒是觉得如果有服禁药，就不应该让比赛，可以不被罚禁赛多长时间，只要停用、找到可以替换的药物，身体里不再有被禁药的成分，就应该可以参赛，毕竟他们和偷服禁药的作弊运动员不一样。但是为了公平竞争，服了禁药的，还是不应该与没服药的一起竞技。要不然，你们服药的自己在一起比出个胜负也是可以的。

话说回来，我还是挺喜欢这个Valieva小妹妹的，毕竟Quad不是谁都能做到的，只可惜被毒害了😭😭

虽然女子花滑已经结束有一天了，可是我却不能忘记Valieva痛苦以及倔强的表情。。。看着她不甘、倔强而迟迟不肯离开赛场，我眼泪都快掉下来了。。。真希望有人能抱抱那个全世界与之为敌的小娃

Anna没有教练陪伴，只有choreography coach在旁边等分数。其实这不是她第一次没有教练陪了。。。只能说俄罗斯的娃娃们太可怜了😭😭

6亿投了个寂寞 (2021)

极其厌恶土豆不顾疫情提前大选，花了6亿元投了寂寞，执政的继续执政，在野的继续在野。

网上有个tweet说：

This election could have been an email

还真是！🤦🤦

周一晚上去投票的时候，70同学提议散步去投票站。我们于是散步了45分钟左右到了投票站，投了票，人不算太多，还好。

投完票，去买了杯咖啡，两个人又晃晃悠悠地散步回家。

经过桥的时候，70同学忽然说：好像你从没拍过密市的夜景哦！

哦，还真是。勉为其难拍了两张，还不错哦！

我看奇葩说

本来是冲着傅首尔去看奇葩说的，没想到最后喜欢的那几个，傅首尔竟然只是居中而已。

只看了第7，1，2季，第3季看了大半，第4，5，6季我只看了最后两集。完全被矮大紧深深吸引，看到大家去他直播间谩骂他，感到心疼和恐怖。。。无语还是无语。

其次喜欢的是马东，没想到这么开明。不过对于他不让“好朋友可不可以约“继续下去有些许不解。我个人觉得他给出的停止理由太过牵强; 其实就是尺度太大，没法播，说得太冠冕堂皇，和他给我开明的印象相违背，不过也是可以理解的。

接着喜欢的是颜如晶，傅首尔，小鹿，陈铭，最后是黄执中，邱晨。

颜如晶和黄执中在第七季的表现都不怎么样，颜如晶没有让人记得住的论点和论据论证，不深刻也不好玩。她在第一二季的表现好多了，好玩，辩论也很有理有据，第一季决赛说不出词还是让我很心疼的。其实颜如晶在第四季的半决赛、第五季的半决赛和决赛真的表现得太棒了。第四季和第五季的49票惜败，在我心目中她却是胜利的那个。我觉得她这两场的表现都比对手好，只是对现场的人来说相反而已。第四季绝对比肖骁好；第五季略比陈铭好，唯一比较差的一点是说报梦那个论点太牵强了，不过说“死了就选择离开，不再拼存在感”这点实在太高级了。她一开始选不祝福，导师们都表现得很惊讶，可是也没那么难理解吧，就是剑走偏锋啊，少人支持那方，只要说出一两个够新奇的点就可以了，正方大家都支持，要出彩就相对困难些了。第6季看她不想参加BBKing，真的挺心疼的，眼泪差点没掉下来。总的说来，颜如晶给过我很多惊喜，没有花里胡哨的理论，非常朴实，论据却非常奇特新颖，没有哗众取宠。我觉得颜如晶是非常聪明的菇凉，头两季的呆萌也不是装的，她是自闭，却非常聪明。后来开朗了很多，和别人交流也开始流畅起来，非常替她开心。觉得啪啪啪那道辩题她选择bling bling的妈妈桑服就是非常聪明的做法。第六季决赛，薛兆丰说颜如晶不是不想赢，因为她总是挑有难度的角度去挑战。我觉得于其说颜如晶不是不想赢，还不如说她怕输。她真的输怕了，这么多次的惜败，她自己也说是害怕输。这一关只有她自己才可以走出来，别人也没法帮她。感觉第6、7季她都不是很有斗志了，所以也不怎么出彩了吧，太可惜了。

黄执中挺有范的，不过好像论点都没有陈铭的广度。但是我就是喜欢他的气质，没办法。

陈铭真的很厉害，很多观点很独特很犀利，就是有时候觉得还是有点滑头，知识分子的酸爽。

太喜欢傅首尔和小鹿的段子了，怎么会这么好玩这么好笑？！可是后来觉得好笑是好笑，佩服也是真心佩服，可是别人家一认认真真地讲道理，我还是更会被逻辑说服。段子笑笑就过去了，还是那些条理清晰的让人过目不忘。傅首尔第5季和詹青云的决赛，我觉得傅首尔更胜一筹，非常不喜欢詹青云把很多高大上的词堆砌起来，其实非常虚，不过她这么年轻，现场又是像她那样年纪的年轻人占多数，所以詹青云还是占了便宜，最后大比例胜出。可是在我心目中，傅首尔才是真正的胜者。我不太喜欢詹青云、席瑞、熊浩、马薇薇的辩论风格，都是一套套的高谈阔论，虚到不行，很难引起共鸣。

小鹿在第七季的表现太惊艳了，我甚至觉得决赛她比傅首尔表现得更优秀。

邱晨，条理清晰发挥稳定。其实真正路转粉是第五季的半决赛，她说出自己面对死亡，面对癌症的态度，让我很动容。这么云淡风轻，嬉笑面对，那份阔达。。。真希望能像这些辩手一样能说会道，能把自己的感情清楚地表达出来。。。我对她是否支持占中完全无感，希望粉红们不要攻击她。。。

没想到奇葩说这么搞笑的节目，我居然被肖骁对颜如的爱给感动得泪眼婆娑 (泪目的链接)。我并不觉得他们是CP，就算是节目组为效果弄的也不在乎。只是觉得有个人用尽力气爱你真的太。。。

我其实有点烦蔡康永。他会说话没错，可是老灌鸡汤就很招人烦。

让我深深感受到年龄差距的是：我自己觉得第七季比第一季要好，第一季太闹腾了，第二季的准决赛和决赛的投票是怎么回事？条理清楚的辩手在奇葩说很不吃香嘛！在第七季也有奇葩，可是很多都有理有据，像个辩论节目，而第一季范湉湉、肖骁这么聒噪也能走得这么远，实在是让我有点失望。但是豆瓣对第七季的评分远远低于其他季，所以能看出我和奇葩说受众群的代沟。

奇葩说这么多人，我最讨厌的是大S，看她皮笑肉不笑的样子，完全不能融入到节目中，就觉得难受，对她些许的好感都消失殆尽。

有几个嘉宾还是让我很意外的：

首先是杨幂，好玩，腹黑！；谢楠是我非常喜欢的一位嘉宾，会说话，有逻辑，还漂亮，上天太偏心了；曾宝仪杨澜也很不错，果然很能接话的主持；还有柳岩，放的开，不是只是花瓶。

有几个选手我还挺有印象的：

李林，太好玩了，可惜除了搞笑完全不记得有啥观点了。

马薇薇，完全是被她的“老公，翻牌子啦！哎，老公，我今天挣了点小钱，走，嫖个娼！”粉到了。太可爱了，和往日咄咄逼人的形象形成了反差萌。

董婧，市民王先生……很有画面感，不用把自己卖了（拿自己的事情说事），还有很多能说服人的素材和观点。

范湉湉，太聒噪了，但是真性情还是不错的。
